No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don’t want to die to get there. And yet death is the destination we all share. No one has ever escaped it. And that is as it should be, because Death is very likely the single best invention of Life. It is Life’s change agent. It clears out the old to make way for the new. Right now the new is you, but someday not too long from now, you will gradually become the old and be cleared away. Sorry to be so dramatic, but it is quite true.

  • Assalamu Alaykum

Hmmm, this is an interesting Quote…Death separates us from this world and time to go to the next world. It's very interesting, sometimes before going to bed i think about how its like to die and how it would be in my grave, if Allah will forgive me for my sins, and the big journey that i have to pass through in the grave and the day of judgement, this is all true. This Quote made me think. Thanks. Take care

  • Interesting Quote – I always saw Death has one of the most beautiful miracle, thought it's the hardest one to accept.
We don't talk about it much because it's quite scary, but it is one of the only thing that we have in common, the one that link us all together.
Hope you are enjoying your time away!!

  • Interesting quote. Upon discussing death with non-Muslims, I have heard them say that we fear death because we fear the unknown. Yet it's untrue because SubhanAllah as Muslims we know everything that happens to us from the time the angel of death descends upon us to the time we enter Jannah or Naar. I'd venture out to say that we fear death because we tend to focus too much on building our duniyah and forget about building our home in the afterlife. Nice blog, I am glad I came across it.
