Eid ul Fitr 2014

Last Monday, after a month of fasting, it was Eid, otherwise known as the festival of breaking the fast.

It is a time for families to get together in celebration, to visit family and friends, and to give gifts to family, friends and neighbours.

A time to decorate the house.

What a lovely celebration. I love the henna patterns – how long do they last?

It really depends on the quality of the henna. This one has already faded a week later, but then with doing the housework, washing dishes it does make it go quicker

Looks like you had great time around eid. Ma Sha Allah! Love that Mehandi design. My girl will never get settled with a design until it’s filled all over her hands and feet with no place to put even a needle..lol!

Love the outfits and bangles too!
