Rosie’s Pet Hates

Today is all about me, Rosie, Muslim Mummy’s cat. My slave owner kindly gave me a home when my kittens and I were deserted. As much as I love it, I do have some pet hates… And I have been asked to write about my biggest pet hate.

Now I am a pretty chilled out cat as you can see.

I spend most of my day sleeping, yawning and eating!

As I like my peace and quiet my biggest pet hate has to be ‘the little people’.

As Muslim Mummy loves the little people I have to tolerate them. The biggest one of the little people isn’t too bad, I often sleep in her room. But it takes a lot of will power to tolerate the smallest of the little people.

Here’s the smallest; she looks very sweet and innocent doesn’t she?

Not so sweet and innocent when she is poking me in my ears and poking my nose. I have had items of clothing draped over me, hair clips placed on my head (although thankfully not attempted to be put on correctly IN my fur) and I have been shoved off the sofa. Now Muslim Mummy does try to stop this little person but often when she is busy the little person decides she wants to play with me. I have learnt to stay away from the little person and hide away when she is around or just simply keep out of her way! Muslim Mummy assures me that she will grow up and be nicer to me. I sincerely hope that is soon! In the meantime I will continue to tolerate her and give her a warning tap with my paw now and then!

As an owner who worries about me, especially when she sees me jumping over the fence and going for a wander, Muslim Mummy has made sure she has pet insurance!

Currently, The RSPCA are working with MORE TH>N Insurance to provide UK pet owners with a range of insurances to suit their needs and budgets. MORE TH>N can also cover all your cats , in one single cat insurance policy and you’ll also be eligible to receive a 10% MultiPet discount!

By insuring your pets with MORE TH>N  you also help the RSPCA protect less fortunate animals throughout the country, because for each policy sold, £20 will be donated to the RSPCA for the care of unwanted and neglected animals in England and Wales!

So do you have insurance for your pets? And what are your pets ‘pet hates?’ We would love to hear about them!
