Review: Little Tikes Spinning Seas Water Table

Bee was lucky enough to be sent a Spinning Seas Water Table in preparation for Spring and Summer fun in the garden!

Bee is pretty much a water baby and loves playing with water. When the weather is warmer she always comes back from nursery in her spare change of clothes as she literally gets soaked with water play. So she was ecstatic to see the water table when it arrived. She promptly wanted to open it!

Little Tikes Spinning Seas Water table

The Spinning Seas Water Table has so much to do!

  • Ferris Wheel
  • Central tower with spinning wheels
  • Ball launcher to launch the balls into the central tower
  • Water mover
  • 4 balls
  • Water Scoop

The weather has been a bit miserable recently but we finally managed to unpack the table and have a play with it over the Easter holidays.

Putting together the Little tikes water table

The table needs to be assembled but this was straightforward and only took about 10 minutes. You will need a screwdriver for a few screws.

Fun with Little Tikes Spinning Seas

Once the table was built Bee was very impatient to get it filled up and didn’t want to wait! As soon as there was a bit of water in the table she got stuck in! Lots of laughs and giggles as can be heard in this short video!

Bee’s favourite part had to be the ball launcher. Although probably not a good idea to use it near the conservatory windows as when Bee put in a bit of force it flew straight into the window. Thankfully not strong enough to break any!

She also enjoyed using the water scoop to put water in the tower and see it cascade down and also thought it was funny when she dropped the balls into the tower and saw them fall down. The ferris wheel was fun too and she loved placing the balls in the holders and giving them a ‘ride’.

The recommended age for the table is 2-5 years but even the 9 year old got stuck in and the girls enjoyed attempting to soak each other while playing. I can see this water table being used a lot over the summer months! She has already asked to play with it numerous times over the holiday. Just praying for some sunshine now!

Once the fun is over, removing the water is also easy as there is a plug at the bottom of the table which you can simply open to get the water to drain out.

Spinning Seas Water Table

Overall, a big thumbs up from Bee. There were enough elements to the table to keep her entertained and enough space in the table if she simply wanted to have a bit of a splash around with other toys in the water.

Perfect for outdoor play and if your children love playing with water.
