Day 183 – We were invited to go to Drayton just before Ramadan began but we didn’t fancy it while fasting. We finally got to go today. The girls had a fab time. Have done a You Tube video of Drayton Manor with a blog post to follow soon.
Day 184 – Met up with some old work colleagues and friends as it was the 60th birthday of one. Discovered a new place for some yummy cake.
Day 185 – Bee had a temperature overnight and was sick…so day off nursery. Took the opportunity to catch up with some Muslimah Bloggers stuff as she slept most of the day. In the evening went to Bee’s school as it was a parents meeting for the children who are going to start in September.
Day 186 – The eldest had her first moving up today today to secondary school. Bee also had a school session but she was too sick to go. And in the evening I had a parents evening at the eldest’s new school. It is all go this week with moving up days and meetings. Can’t quite believe the time is already here!
Day 187 – Another quiet day today as Bee still not feeling great. Slept most of the morning. I caught up with some of my TV programmes. Bee has received some Arabic puzzles but she is still not well enough to check them out.
Day 188 – Helped with the launch of a new fidget toy MOKURU. You can read my review of it here: MOKURU.
Day 189 – Bee is feeling better a bit weak as she hasn’t eaten properly since Monday. So a quiet one at home…bit gutted as lots of events happening this weekend but never mind. Took the opportunity to tidy up her room. Then sat in the conservatory and admired my pink rose bush which is giving me a crazy amount of roses this year.
Glad Bee is starting to feel better. Sounds like she’s had a tough week. It must be full-on with two new schools to juggle! We’re in a similar situation as my daughter is starting secondary school and my eldest is hopefully starting a new 6th form.
