I had heard of Groupon and although I have been tempted by their deals on a number of occasions I was a bit wary of using the site.
So when I was contacted by them to review one of their latest deals I thought it was an ideal opportunity to test the site out.
I decided to use the voucher towards a storage options BabyCam child monitoring system as it had upto 44% off. I had a quick search online and the price appeared to be a good deal.
The deal is easy to purchase. You simply click on ‘Buy Now’ and make your payment. You then receive an email confirming your purchase. The voucher code is emailed to you once the deal ends and you then use the code on the retailers site to make the purchase.
I found the whole process simple and the product arrived within a few days of purchasing it.
However, keep an eye on the validity of your purchase. My ‘Groupon’ was only valid for a couple of days. Thankfully I read practically everything so realised I had to purchase the camera within 2 days or the voucher would expire.
Groupon’s deals appear to change regularly, even daily. But don’t despair if you miss out on a deal, the chances are it will turn up again in the near future.
