Asalaam Alaikum!
I LOVE gardening! Ok maybe not the physical stuff such as weeding etc but I love going to Homebase and BandQ in the summer and buying lots of plants. My husband thinks I have officially lost it every spring and summer as everytime I go out I come home with a plant.
I am hoping to have some spare cash this summer to get the garden done up properly. InshAllah!

I have managed to pick up a few tips and even got inspired to try to grow a mango plant indoors. That project didn’t last long!
I did however do very well with my chilli plant. Here’s a pic before the chilli’s went red.
I even got inspired to grow my tomato plants from seed. But i’m most proud of my flowers.
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is reported to have said, “Whenever Muslims plant a tree, they will earn the reward of charity because of the food that comes from it; and likewise what is stolen from it, what the wild beasts eat out of it, what the birds eat out of it, and what people take from it is charity for them” (Muslim).
