Week 13
Monday A quiet Monday at home. No pictures.
Tuesday We were originally going to rhyme time at the library but ended up going to the local soft play and cafe with friends, then headed to the park close to it. Was nice to get some fresh air!
Wednesday Headed to our Wednesday toddler group. Planted some sunflower seeds at the group today and Minu played with the sand.
Thursday Final day of term for the two older girls and then off for two weeks. Collected some Manuka Honey I had ordered from the post office. Have heard that Manuka Honey is better so giving it a try. It does have a very strong taste though! I had a 2 hour online meeting with our Scouts training adviser about my manager and supporter roles training and then he emailed me afterwards that he is happy to validate all my manager modules. I was doubting myself as the lead volunteer and was glad to hear this from him as clearly he thinks I am doing ok.
Friday First day of the easter holidays and just relaxed at home. No pictures
Saturday Our Scouts group had organised an Iftaar under the stars event where we all get together and open our fast. We had an hour to decorate the hall and set up before everyone arrived! It was a success but we were so tired afterwards! Have shared the reel of the event!
Sunday So tired from yesterday that we all just relaxed at home. No pictures.
It looks like a nice bright day for a trip to the park. Well done as being the lead volunteer, it sounds like you are doing a great job! The Iftaar under the stars event sounds brilliant, I am glad it was a success! x
Kim Carberry recently posted…Our weekly meal plan! 1st – 7th April. #MealPlanningMonday
It was thank you!
Hopefully you find the manuka good. My OH has a spoon of wildflower local honey every day, he’s convinced it keeps him well. N’s not a fan but has it when he’s ill
I need to try to get the girls to take it
It’s getting warmer, so I imagine there will more time outdoors with the little one. She must love playing outside with her friends. She is growing so fast.
She loves being outdoors
The Iftar decorations and activities look really good. Well done with all the training.
Thank you!
Lovely to have some outside time at the park and Minu looks like she enjoyed playing with the sand. The Iftaar under the stars event looked good. #project365
It was a good event
