Day 97 – Sunday 7th April
Took the girls to Circus Sallai which wasn’t too far from the house. They started coming last year but didn’t get a chance to go. We managed to go to their last show before they moved on…they only stick around for 5/6 days.
Day 98 – Monday 8th April
A relatively quiet day today. The girls actually played together for once as they were reviewing a new horse toy and they both love horses. I was trying to take pictures and the cat kept getting in the way as she was curious too!
Day 99 – Tuesday 9th April
We had been invited to a press event at Kidzania with Nintendo to celebrate the launch of their new Nintendo Switch game, Yoshi’s Crafted World. The girls got to play the game and do an Easter Egg hunt…and then spent the rest of their time trying out the other activities at Kidzania. It was the first time Bee had been and loved it…the eldest went around and did her own thing. Although we didn’t pay as it was a press event…I don’t understand why they charge so much for the adults when all they really do is sit around!
Day 100 – Wednesday 10th April
A quiet day after yesterdays trip to London. Took the parents to the garden centre and also got myself some plants!
Day 101 – Thursday 11th April
The eldest went to a pony morning today at her local riding school as she will be missing her lesson on Sunday and myself and Bee spent all day at home as we had a local gardener come in to help me weed. I had let things go a bit crazy and knew trying to do it all would give me a bad back so decided to pay someone. Afterwards got Bee to help water the garden.
Day 102 – Friday 12th April
Today was a chilled out day. Kids played and watched TV and I caught up with a blog post that was getting a bit late about Black Seed from the The Blessed Seed.
Day 103 – Saturday 13th April
Today we spent much all day at Bee’s karate. She had a class at 9.45, then fight club at 11.45 and then she had an inter club competition at 1.30! I was well prepared with snacks to keep us going and she did really well and won both her fights placing her into first place! She was well pleased with her trophy and its helped with her confidence as it has been a bit low recently.
Well done Bee in her tournament. N would love Kidzania but we’ve never been. I begrudge paying lots of money to basically chaperone children. It’s the same at softplay, charging adults to get in when they’re already going to be paying for food and drinks!
Oh yes! Annoys me when we go Soft play. Basically paying to just go and sit there!
I hope you had a fab time at the circus.
hehehe. The cat butting in on the photos did make me chuckle.
I have read so much about Kidzania and it looks such a fun place.
Fab photos from out in the garden. It’s nice to see the sunshine!
Well done to Bee with her Karate! x

Thank you!
Love the photo bombing by the cat lol, well done to Bee with her trophy
She does love to get in on the action and see whats happening!
I hope you all enjoyed the circus. Kidzania is somewhere I’d love to take my son but I don’t think he’d so any of the activities without me being with him, didn’t realise adults had to pay – that’s mad! #365
And they pay quite a bit to just sit around!
Well done to Bee! What an amazing achievement! Sorry to hear that her confidence has been a bit low recently, I hope that gives her a boost. I love the new plant – it looks like it’s got little hearts on it. Rosie the cat looks very interested in the horse toys!

The plant is actually called bleeding hearts!
Way to go Bee, that is awesome. Those beauty products look fab too xx #365
Thank you!
I love the fact the cat wanted in on the action #365
She always likes to get involved!
well done to Bee on winning her trophy, nice her hard work is paying off.
A good decision to get somebody in to help you get back on top of the garden.
I object to paying to get into places when all I am going to do in there is supervise my own children and not actually join in with activities, parents should be free up to one adult per child.

I agree it’s ridiculous asking parents to pay if there is actually nothing for them to do!
