Week 39 – 24 September to 30 September 2023
An uneventful week.
Day 267 – Sunday
A usual quiet Sunday, didn’t do much and just had a relaxing day at home. No pictures.
Day 268 – Monday
It was the monthly walk and talk at the park for mums and thankfully the weather was nice. Had a few new mums join and it was a nice morning. Headed to the play area afterwards so Minu could have a bit of a play.
Day 269 – Tuesday
Another trip to the park for a meeting to discuss a new project. It did start to rain but we were in the cafe. Then popped to mums house on the way back where Minu had a go on her scooter.
Day 270 – Wednesday
Usual toddler group. She loved the painting today.
Day 271 – Thursday
Headed to the scouts group to see how everyone was doing. It was a skills session today….decorating biscuits, tying shoelaces and lighting a candle. Also discovered that the person who had been given my Next parcel had returned it. So had to call Next again as I had been refunded twice.
Day 272 – Friday
Took Minu to her toddler group in the morning and then took Bee to karate after school. Have been thinking to stop Bee’s Friday karate session. But they have started a new sabre session which she wants to do. Decided to let her have a go and then took the eldest and Minu to Costa. Tried the Maple Syrup hot chocolate which was nice and Minu had her first babyccino.
Day 273 – Saturday
Usual Saturday; picked up Bee from karate and then chilled for the rest of the day. Decided to order some doughnuts from Creams. Have to say I didn’t think they were all that and probably won’t be ordering these again.
The trips to the park sounds like fun, it’s good that new people are joining you.
What an ongoing faff with Next. I hope it’s sorted now. x

Ooh I liked the look of the donuts, sadly no one seems to make gluten free ones. Love Minu’s work of art.

A shame about the doughnuts, they do look lovely. How nice to have a drink with the little one at Costa, these moments are so special.

Minu looks like she was having a lot of fun painting. Glad the Next parcel got returned even if it did mean a phone call because you got refunded twice! The doughnuts look delicious, shame they were disappointing. #project365

I love the photo of the biscuit decorating, such a simple idea but looks like so much fun and very tasty too! babyccino are so cute, love seeing little ones with the dainty cups they always look so proud of themselves. My friends little grandson is a big babyccino drinker! Your donuts look incredible, so sorry they weren’t all that after all.
